Citizen’s GuideThe Office of Open Records (OOR) is tasked with providing information and training regarding Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) and Sunshine Act (also known as the open meetings law). The Citizens’ Guide to the Right-to-Know Law and Sunshine Act provides an overview of both.
Office of Open Records Fee ScheduleSection 1307 of the Right-To-Know Law (RTKL) requires the Office of Open Records (OOR) to establish a fee schedule for Commonwealth agencies and local agencies. The RTKL requires the OOR to review the fee schedule biannually.
